ELECTRICIAN (GENERAL)

Installs, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots electrical, plumbing, and related building systems. Conducts inspections, identifies issues, and ensures all work is completed safely, properly, and according to applicable standards.

Qualifications/Requirements: With experience in electrical and plumbing works Knowledgeable in electrical wiring, installation, repair, and troubleshooting Skilled in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance Familiar with basic electrical and plumbing safety standards TESDA certification or relevant technical training is an advantage Physically fit and able to perform hands-on work Can work independently and respond to maintenance concerns promptly Willing to work on-site and as needed
