Your tasks

Yes, we know ? ?Housekeeper? doesn?t sound glamorous. But if you?ve ever taken pride in leaving a home spotless and welcoming, you already understand the most important part of this job. Officially, this role is called Housekeeper. In real life? It?s the kind of work you already do at your own home ? just with great coworkers, while paid, and with a much bigger (and far more organized) Laundry Room.

WHAT YOU?LL BE DOING No two days are the same ? and that?s exactly how our team likes it.

Short-Term Rental Finishing ? ~60%

• Preparing kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
• Making beds and preparing fresh linen
• Resetting homes so they feel spotless and welcoming
• Checking that everything is guest-ready

These turnovers typically happen between 11:00 am ? 2:00 pm. When we have larger homes or busy days, *team members help each other finish properties at a reasonable pace. *

Linen & Laundry Support ? ~20%

• Deliver clean linen to properties
• Return used linen to the laundry room
• Fold laundry with the team

Everyone helps with laundry at the beginning and end of shifts. Many hands make light work ? and it?s usually the time we chat, laugh, and connect.

Property Reset & Details ? ~10%

• Restock supplies
• Empty garbage and recycling
• Reset furniture and small details so the home feels just right

Team Support ? ~10%

• Occasionally helping teammates finish a property. When we have larger homes or busy days, team members help each other finish properties at a reasonable pace.
• Communicating with managers about anything that needs attention
• Helping keep our laundry room organized

Requirements

A Little About You You?re the kind of person people trust to ?just handle it.?

• *OPTIONAL: I*f you have a valid Driver?s License with a clean Canadian driving history (minimum 2 years), there is a Pay Increase of CAD$1.12-$1.66/hour.
• You have experience as a *housekeeper, *or in running a domestic home.
• You?re ready to hit the ground running (we?ll train you on our systems)
• You?re comfortable using a smartphone and installing our work apps
• You are *punctual, resourceful, and reliable*_. _Our team relies on each other, so strong attendance and punctuality are essential. We expect a minimum of 95% reliability from every team member.
• You communicate well and work as part of a team
• You have a sense of humour and enjoy a good deal

• This position is not eligible for an LMIA. Applicants must already have a valid Canadian Work Permit or Canadian Residency.
• This position does not include subsidized accommodation. Applicants must already be living in Canmore, with stable accommodation for at least 6 months.

• Typical shift hours: 10:30 am ? 4:30 pm
• Our busiest window is 11:00 am ? 2:00 pm
• This is a full-time role (30+ hours per week)
• Part Time Applicants (12-24 Hours) will also be considered.
