Roboyo AI is a category shaper in Applied AI and Agentic Automation. We help leading enterprises move from automation projects and AI experiments into governed, production-grade systems that execute real work across workflows, processes, products and services.

Our heritage is in scaled enterprise automation; our future is Applied AI and Agentic Automation: autonomous agents, AI engineering squads, process orchestration, data and knowledge foundations, and human-in-the-loop governance embedded deeply into how our clients operate.

We are not here to sell AI theatre. We are here to turn AI into working systems, measurable outcomes and repeatable transformation programs.

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with deep UiPath expertise and a solution architecture background. You will architect the target UiPath solution, build alongside the team, and provide technical leadership, governance and delivery oversight across the full migration lifecycle, from assessment and design through rebuild, testing, cutover and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, testing and deployment of UiPath automation solutions, staying hands-on in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator to build complex components, reusable libraries and frameworks

Lead the assessment of the existing Blue Prism estate: inventory processes, objects (VBOs), work queues and schedules, analyse complexity and dependencies, and define migration waves and priorities

Define the UiPath target architecture for migrated processes and map Blue Prism constructs to UiPath equivalents (VBOs to libraries, work queues to Orchestrator queues, Credential Manager to Assets, Control Room schedules to triggers)

Decide per process whether to migrate as-is, re-engineer or retire, using migration accelerators where suitable and redesigning to UiPath best practices (REFramework, modular libraries) rather than copying Blue Prism logic one-to-one

Plan and run migration testing and cutover: functional parity and regression testing, parallel runs, UAT, go-live, hypercare and Blue Prism decommissioning

Own technical estimations for migration waves, solution architecture, delivery planning and execution

Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solution strategies.

Review solution designs and code to ensure scalability, quality, and maintainability.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing recommendations that maximize business value and ROI.

Support business development activities through proposals, workshops, client presentations, solution demonstrations, and pre-sales discussions.

Drive best practices, delivery standards, and continuous improvement across automation projects.

Establish and enforce automation development standards, architectural patterns, and delivery frameworks across projects.

Oversee automation quality across all project stages, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Conduct code reviews and promote best practices around CI/CD, testing frameworks, and automation governance.

Act as the primary technical authority, proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks while aligning stakeholders, project managers, and engineering teams.

Lead the resolution of complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production challenges.

Facilitate technical workshops and discovery sessions to translate business requirements into scalable automation

Produce and maintain migration documentation: solution design documents, Blue Prism to UiPath mapping, test evidence and runbooks

Must Have Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation/RPA, including at least 4 years of hands-on UiPath development (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, libraries) on enterprise-scale implementations

Experience working as a UiPath Solution Architect: designing end-to-end solution and infrastructure architecture, Orchestrator setup (folders, queues, assets, triggers, robots and machines), scalability, security and high availability

Hands-on Blue Prism development experience, having built at least 3 to 4 Blue Prism processes end-to-end

Sound understanding of Blue Prism fundamentals: Process Studio and Object Studio, VBOs and application modelling, work queues, exception handling, environment variables, Credential Manager, Control Room, scheduler and Release Manager

Experience in RPA platform migration (ideally Blue Prism to UiPath), or a strong understanding of it, including assessment, effort estimation, parity testing and cutover

Experience leading and mentoring automation engineering teams as a Technical Lead

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.

Experience managing end-to-end automation projects, including solution design, estimation, testing, and deployment.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Solid understanding of APIs, SQL, Git/version control, and software engineering best practices.

Experience designing scalable and maintainable automation solutions.

Proven ability to conduct technical workshops, gather and analyze business requirements, and develop solution recommendations.

Experience reviewing and approving technical designs and solution architectures.

Working knowledge of automation testing practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment governance.

Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have qualifications

UiPath certifications, especially UiPath Solution Architect and Automation Developer Professional (also Infrastructure Engineer, Test Automation Engineer or Agentic Automation)

Blue Prism certifications (Developer, Professional Developer, Solution Designer, or Technical Architect).

Experience with migration accelerators or tools for converting Blue Prism automations to UiPath

Pre-sales, proposal development, technical sales support, and solution estimation experience.

Experience with Agentic AI, AI Center, Action Center, or AI-powered automation solutions.

Python programming skills.

Experience with process mining tools such as UiPath Process Mining or Celonis.

Experience with UiPath Test Suite or other automation testing platforms.

Experience working within global or distributed delivery environments.
