Your tasks

We are looking for a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of logistics and operational activities across our business. This role is ideal for a professional with 1-3 years of relevant experience who is looking to further develop their career within the healthcare industry.

The position is hands-on and operational in nature, supporting inventory management, order processing, shipment coordination, and product availability, while ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Support the daily execution of logistics and operational activities related to the company’s products and solutions
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock movements to ensure product availability and inventory accuracy
• Participate in monthly inventory counts and stock reconciliation activities
• Process and coordinate sales and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Communicate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to support smooth operational execution
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including courier arrangements, shipment tracking, and delivery follow-up
• Monitor delivery timelines and support the resolution of shipment and order-related issues
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational queries
• Support communication with external stakeholders, including EOPYY, and follow up on required documentation and approval processes
• Prepare and maintain operational reports using Excel and internal systems
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics and operational processes

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, order processing, administration, or a similar operational role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Very good command of English, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple operational and administrative tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems is required (ideally EntersoftOne)
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and hands-on approach
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
