Solusi Integrasi Persada is looking for a Oracle Functional Consultant to join our growing team!

📌 Responsibilities

• Ana⁠lyze business requirements and existing business processes to identify solutions using Oracle ERP applications.
• Conduct business process assessments, requirement gathering, and gap analysis with clients.
• Prepare functional documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Perform Oracle ERP functional configuration based on approved business requirements.
• Support ERP implementation activities, including system setup, data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, document test results, and resolve functional issues.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer to ensure effective system adoption.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with technical consultants, project managers, and client teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

📌 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation, support, or functional consulting.
• Good understanding of business processes, particularly in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, or Distribution.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Experience in business requirement gathering, gap analysis, functional configuration, and solution design.
• Ability to prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and user manuals.
• Experience in conducting system testing, UAT, user training, and post-implementation support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, technical consultants, and project teams.
• Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
• Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
