Aufgaben

Reeponbilities

• Draft IT Operations, Security & AI SOPs (AI focal point of the team):

• Define incident/problem, cloud ops, backup & DR, IAM/PAM, vuln & patch procedures
• Define AI model-lifecycle procedures: model inventory, risk & impact assessment, validation, monitoring, retraining & human oversight
• Review AI-related aspects of other IT & Data Governance SOPs; support GRC SME on ISO/IEC 42001 mapping
• Revise drafts based on DSI annotations

Anforderungen

• S1 Teknik Informatika, Ilmu Komputer, Data Science, atau bidang terkait
• Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman di IT operations, infrastruktur/cloud, atau cybersecurity, termasuk minimal 2 tahun di AI/machine learning, MLOps, atau AI governance
• Memiliki sertifikasi ISO/IEC 27001:2022 ISMS, ISO/IEC 42001 (LI/LA), IAPP AIGP, CISSP/CISM, atau sertifikasi cloud menjadi nilai plus
• Menguasai cloud operations, backup dan DR (ISO 22301), IAM/PAM, vulnerability dan patch management, serta incident response (NIST SP 800-61)
• Menguasai AI governance (ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 23894) dan AI model lifecycle/MLOps: validasi, deployment, monitoring (drift dan performa), serta retraining
• Memahami AI risk & impact assessment, responsible AI, dan third-party/vendor risk
• Terbiasa menyusun SOP teknis
