Site Supervisor

Job description :

• Primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and manage comprehensive daily and weekly field evaluations.
• Handle administrative matters with building management.
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand material specifications.
• Create comprehensive project timelines using S-Curves
• Prepare CAD drawings based on site surveys.
• Provide solutions to on-site issues
• Willing to work outside the city when required.

Qualification :

• Minimum Diploma (D3); Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in construction, especially interior projects.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills; proactive, assertive, and independent personality.
• Possession of SIM A and SIM C driving licenses is an advantage.
