Finance Manager

Finance Officer Company: PT Aerae Manufacturing Indonesia (PT PMA) Location: Kawasan Industri Terpadu Kabil (KIIE), Batam — on-site Reports to: Director Type: Full-time, PKWTT after probation (or PKWT initial term) About the Role We are an advanced manufacturing and R&D company establishing operations in Batam. You will be our first and sole finance hire, owning the full finance, accounting, tax, and statutory compliance cycle end-to-end. You prepare everything; the Director reviews and approves all payments and filings. This role suits someone who is meticulous, self-directed, and comfortable being the only finance person in a growing foreign-invested company. Responsibilities Accounting & Reporting

• Full-cycle bookkeeping: AP, AR, GL, journal entries, bank and petty cash reconciliation, fixed asset register
• Monthly close and management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) per SAK/PSAK
• Maintain supporting documentation to audit standard; liaise with external auditors and tax consultants

Taxation

• Compute, withhold, deposit, and report: PPh 21 (payroll, TER method), PPh 23, PPh Final Pasal 4(2), PPh 25/29, and PPN as applicable
• Full Coretax administration: kode billing, e-Bupot, e-Faktur, SPT Masa and SPT Tahunan Badan
• Apply FTZ Batam tax treatment correctly (PPN facilities, endorsement documents) and support PPFTZ customs documentation with the operations team

Payroll & Statutory

• End-to-end monthly payroll including overtime per PP 35/2021, BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (SIPP Online), and PPh 21
• BPJS registrations for new hires; WLKP and other Disnaker-related filings support

Banking & Treasury (Maker role)

• Prepare payment batches, payroll uploads, and tax payments in corporate internet banking for Director approval
• Maintain beneficiary records and cash flow forecasts

Investment & Corporate Compliance

• Prepare quarterly LKPM reports via OSS
• Support NIB/OSS updates, licensing renewals, and correspondence with DJP, BP Batam, BPJS, and Disnaker

Requirements

• S1 in Accounting; Brevet A/B certification required
• 4–7 years of full-cycle accounting and tax experience, ideally in a PT PMA or manufacturing company
• Hands-on Coretax experience (billing, e-Bupot, e-Faktur, SPT filing) — will be tested at interview
• Working knowledge of BPJS SIPP Online and Indonesian payroll computation
• Proficiency in accounting software (Accurate, Jurnal.id, or similar) and strong Excel
• Working English proficiency (written and spoken) — reporting is to a non-Indonesian-speaking Director
• Based in Batam or willing to relocate; experience with FTZ/kawasan berikat entities is a plus
• High integrity; background and reference checks will be conducted
