Logistics In-charge

- Coordinate material deliveries, supplier schedules, and vehicle movements.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of materials.
- Maintain material tracking (in/out records) and update site teams daily.
- Handle documentation for deliveries, returns, and material transfers.
- Manage manpower movement and site access.
- Manage vehicle entry permits, gate passes, and delivery documentation.
- Plan and control the movement of equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and boom loaders.
- Monitor fuel usage and machinery hours, and report daily to site management.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with company HSE guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain logistics reports for management.
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role in GCC
- Strong background in building construction (not other industries).
- Knowledge of construction site logistics, material handling, and equipment coordination.
- Familiarity with HSE guidelines and site safety requirements.
