*Job Summary:*
The Administrative Assistant in the Collections Department is responsible for the collection of payments for parking violations issued and reports to the Supervisor of the Collections Department.
*Location:*
Vancouver Office
*Employment:*
Full-time, Monday through Friday
*Hours:*
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
*Mandatory Qualifications:*
- Experience with Collections or relevant role an asset
- Familiarity with office equipment, including multi-line phone system, printers and fax machines
- Experience with office management tools (MS Office Suite, in particular)
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Receptionist are a plus

*Job Responsibilities / Duties:*
- Answers incoming calls using IP Office telephone system from Avaya
- Collects & processes payments over the phone and by mail
- Negotiates & processes parking disputes
- Processes payment reminder notices
- Email sorting/screening, correspondence, & proof-reading
- Type/create or update any other document as required
- Other reasonable duties as assigned
