Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities: Handle sales inquiries from customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.

Promote and sell the Kids Area’s services, packages, birthday parties, and events.

Coordinate and follow up on birthday party bookings , from the initial inquiry until the event is completed.

Handle school trip inquiries and bookings , including communicating with schools and coordinating arrangements.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers, schools, and potential clients.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information about prices, packages, offers, and services.

Support PR activities and help promote the Kids Area through social media and other channels.

Follow up with existing customers and encourage repeat bookings and visits.

Meet monthly sales targets and prepare follow-up reports when required.

Handle customer feedback professionally and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Coordinate with the Operations team regarding bookings, events, and school visits.

Experience Requirements: 1-3 years of proven, hands-on experience in a Sales, Customer Service/Support, Sales/Retail, or Marketing/PR/Advertising role.
