Marine Executive

Responsibilities: Coordinate and arrange the collection/deliveries of ship’s spares from/to vessels

Liaise with customers on their shipping and logistical requirements

Coordinate and organize the ground logistics with 3rd party service provider.

Update cargoes releasing and receiving in report accurately and distribute daily

Conduct physical cargoes check, marks, label on cargoes received

Organize Vessel clearance with relevant agencies & port-call operations.

Coordinate with relevant authorities on marine/crew application.

Able to work independently without supervision

Requirements: Willing to work on site as well as in the office

Prior experience in a marine service environment is of advantage

Able to multi-task and be a team player

Able to communicate with customers worldwide

Preferred Diploma in Marine related discipline or any technical qualifications / Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
