Your tasks
- Perform Preventative Maintenance for designated systems and infrastructure services for Data Centers
- Perform troubleshooting, installation, field modification works and repair works
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner
- Maintaining regular communications with service support and customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
- Adhering to Bizsafe (Work Safety) and all other applicable regulatory requirements
Other
- May be stationed at customers' sites for Facilities management services whenever necessary
