Hiring RBT's (Registered Behavior Technician)

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

What You'll Do :

Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings

Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session

Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Participate in the 7-day & 30-day new hire check-in process

Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA

What You’ll Need :

Required : High School Diploma

Required : RBT Certification

Preferred : Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children

Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions

Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community
