What You’ll Do :

Conduct assessments and develop individualized BIPs

Supervise and support BTs/RBTs

Analyze data and adjust programs as needed

Provide parent training and guidance

Maintain clear, timely documentation

What We’re Looking For :

Active BCBA certification (required)

2+ years ABA experience with children

Strong clinical judgment and independence

Reliable, organized, and accountable

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
