Operations Manager – Brooklyn, NY

LBAPS is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support and lead multi-site operations across our growing organization. This leadership position requires strong management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to travel nationwide as we continue expanding.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across multiple locations

Drive operational efficiency and process improvements

Support organizational growth and expansion initiatives

Manage projects, teams, and performance metrics

Travel to offices nationwide as needed

Partner with senior leadership on strategic objectives

Qualifications:

Operations management experience required

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Willingness to travel regularly
