Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is a rapidly growing ABA organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and families through high-quality autism services. We are seeking a motivated, strategic, and relationship-driven Director of Outreach to lead and expand our community outreach and referral development efforts. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a professional who is passionate about growth, partnership-building, and creating meaningful connections within schools, healthcare networks, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee outreach initiatives and community engagement strategies

Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, physicians, agencies, and community organizations

Drive client referrals and support organizational growth initiatives

Supervise and mentor outreach team members while monitoring performance metrics and goals

Represent LBAPS professionally at networking events, meetings, and community programs

Collaborate with leadership to strengthen brand presence and expand market reach

Qualifications:

Leadership or management experience preferred

Background in outreach, business development, healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or related fields

Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills

Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented mindset

Passion for helping children and families access quality services
