Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction activities Interpret and implement architectural and engineering drawings Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines Coordinate artisans, subcontractors, and site workers Ensure quality control across all stages of construction Oversee finishing works to ensure high standards Enforce health and safety regulations on-site Report project updates to management

Requirements:

HND/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field Minimum of 3–5 years' relevant experience Proven experience in building and general civil construction Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Strong knowledge of construction processes, especially finishing works Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, project tools) Experience in swimming pool construction is an added advantage Strong leadership and communication skills

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 monthly (negotiable based on experience)
