Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Specialist at No5 Designs will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily HR operations, including coordinating employee benefits, implementing HR policies, and supporting personnel management processes. The role includes assisting with recruitment, onboarding, staff training, and performance evaluations while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment. The specialist will work closely with management and employees to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Giza.

3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.

Proficiency in HR practices and processes.

Experience in HR Management.

Ability to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.

Strong knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management.

Familiarity with Egyptian labor laws and regulations.

Manage and maintain employees’ Social Insurance records and forms , ensuring accurate and timely submissions.

Manage employees’ Medical Insurance , including enrollment, additions, deletions, and coordination with the insurance provider.

Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Relevant HR certifications are a plus.
