F&B Supervisor/Captain

Monthly Salary: Up to $3,000 (Negotiable) Working Address: Mohamed Sultan Rd Working Hours: 5-day work week, 48 hours per week (Fixed Off Days: Monday & Tuesday)                             Thursday & Saturday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM (2-hour break)                              Sunday, Wednesday & Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Responsibilities and Duties: Lead daily service operations to ensure smooth outlet performance

Build and maintain positive relationships with guests

Taking customer orders and providing accurate menu recommendations

Promoting products through strong product knowledge and service skills

Ensuring outlet setup is completed and pre-shift checks are carried out

Maintaining high guest satisfaction by proactively supporting service and bar operations

Identifying opportunities to improve operational procedures and systems

Conducting basic staff training and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Qualification and Requirements: A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to drive solutions

Willingness to learn and continuously improve

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in food and beverage operations or hospitality will be an advantage
