Position Summary This is a great opportunity for an experienced Escrow Funding Specialist that has residential title closing experience to join a dynamic team and a growing organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review all signed documents and approvals for funding/disbursement of funds

Obtain funding authorizations from lender, if applicable

Balance and disburse file

Cut and send out all checks and wires

Check Positive Pay daily to verify no check exceptions with the bank

Help with daily recons and other tasks assigned by Manager

Qualifications Required Skills:

The ideal candidate shall have a minimum of one year of experience in multi-state fundings, preferably for a national title agent

Knowledge and understanding of escrow accounting requirements

Knowledge of real estate transaction documentation

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Understand the key touch points of a residential title and closing transaction

Ability to be the primary point of contact to assist and resolve escalated issues

Working knowledge of title industry systems and software. Working knowledge of title industry systems and software .

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Qualia is a plus

Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus
