Business Analyst

JOB SUMMARY :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team. You will gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive successful product development and delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to prioritize and refine the product backlog
• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility assessments, and support process improvement initiatives
• Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings in Arabic and English
• Create and maintain functional specifications, wireframes annotations, and process documentation
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and sign-off ahead of releases
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist in change management and end-user training/communication for new releases
• Responsible for BRD and FSD and their sign off Be part of the Change Management by getting sign off on CRs

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, ideally in a technology/product environment
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile teams
• Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Arabic and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Experience with BPMN or similar process-modeling notations
• Exposure to UAT coordination and release management
• Certification such as CBAP, ECBA, or PMI-PBA
• Familiarity with data analysis/reporting tools
