- Lead and manage overall Production activities<ins> for the new factory.
- Set up production processes, manpower structure, production lines and working standards from the start-up stage.
- Lead trial production, line ramp-up and mass production.
- Develop and implement Production KPI, productivity, OEE, quality and cost control.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in Production/Manufacturing, with experience at Manager level.
- Strong preference for candidates from Automotive, Wiring Harness, Automotive Components or Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing.
- Experience in new factory set-up / production line set-up / mass production ramp-up is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and production management skills.
