DATA ENCODER-CONTROLLER (GOV)

As a Specialist in People Planning & Analytics reporting to the Head of People Planning & Analytics (PP&A), you'll play a critical role in transforming people data into a consistent and accurate foundation that drives Nasdaq's growth and innovation.

Qualifications/Requirements: What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, including people data analysis. Clear communicator with experience collaborating across Finance, Technology, and HR functions in matrixed, global environments. Amenable to working Mid-Shift and twice a week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
