We're looking for a well-connected local in Fujairah to help us identify and secure land opportunities for future projects. This role is built around who you know — landowning families, brokers, and community contacts — and your ability to turn those relationships into real opportunities for the company.

Key responsibilities

Identify and source land opportunities across Fujairah

Build relationships with landowners, brokers, and community members

Conduct field visits and collect accurate data on land ownership and location

Present opportunities confidently and persuade landowners and stakeholders to engage or collaborate

Use Namou’s internal system to record and update scouting information

Work closely with the acquisition and legal teams during negotiations

Stay updated on market trends and zoning regulations in Fujairah

Requirements

Based in Fujairah

Valid UAE driving license (required)

Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)

Excellent knowledge of local areas, families, and communities

Comfortable using basic mobile apps or systems (training provided)
