Menswear Sales Associate/Key Holder

Our focus is on helping customers discover clothes they?ll enjoy wearing, with personal service and an eye for putting it all together.

We?re looking for someone who shares that approach: friendly, dependable, interested in clothing, and comfortable taking responsibility for the shop.

The role

You?ll help customers find the right fit, discover new favourites, and put together outfits. You?ll also keep the store looking its best and handle the everyday details that keep a small retail business running smoothly.

You?ll often work on your own. You must be comfortable working independently and managing your own tasks?taking initiative, noticing what needs doing, and following through without ongoing supervision.

What you?ll do

• Welcome customers and provide thoughtful, approachable service.
• Help customers choose clothing and coordinate outfits that suit their style and needs.

• Keep displays, merchandise, and the sales floor tidy, organized, and inviting.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling, till balancing, and store security procedures.

• Process sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Pick, pack, and prepare online orders.

• Complete product and inventory data entry and other routine computer tasks.

What you?ll bring

• An interest in men?s clothing and a good eye for styling.
• Friendly communication and attentive customer service.

• The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of your shift.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

• A polished personal presentation that reflects your interest in clothing.
• Comfort using computers and learning retail systems.

• Previous retail experience is an asset, especially in clothing or a key holder role.

The details

• Ongoing, part-time position in Sidney, British Columbia.
• Approximately 20?25 hours per week over two to four days.

• Saturday and Sunday availability is required.
• $20?$23 per hour, depending on experience.

• Staff discount on clothing.
• Anticipated start: late October
