Finance Manager

Mitchell Adam are delighted to be partnering with a growing and well-established law firm with an excellent reputation within its sector. As the business continues to expand, they are investing in their finance function and are now looking to appoint a Finance Manager to help shape and develop the newly established finance team.

The role will give you the opportunity to have a real influence on how the finance function develops, with involvement across budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis, contracts and business planning. With training provided around the SRA Accounts Rules , this could be an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional looking to take ownership of a growing finance function within a professional services environment.

Skills Needed

• CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA Qualified
• Previous experience within a Finance Manager or similar position with strong knowledge of core accounting and month-end processes.
• Experience managing, mentoring or supervising junior finance team members, with a supportive and hands-on management style.
• Experience using Xero, with exposure to a regulated environment or SRA Accounts Rules advantageous but not essential.
