As part of a regional team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support legal and compliance initiatives across multiple markets.

Job Description

• Support the legal and compliance team in maintaining documentation, records, databases, and governance-related files.
• Assist with the coordination and administration of compliance programmes, including communications, training materials, monitoring activities, and reporting.
• Manage corporate secretarial documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping for regional legal entities.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, manage calendars, and support document execution processes.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research, providing updates on relevant legislation and industry developments.
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to support regional legal and compliance initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Paralegal/Legal Executive should have:

• Degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, Legal & Business Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience gained within a law firm, in-house legal team, or multinational organisation.
• Qualified lawyer is a plus.
• Prior exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical devices, or regulated industries would be advantageous.
• Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex legal and compliance matters clearly and effectively.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
