TRAINING SPECIALIST

The HR Training & Research Specialist is responsible for supporting and overseeing training, research, communication, and operational activities for both the Sales and Marketing teams. The position ensures effective coordination between teams, proper implementation of programs and activities, and continuous improvement of employee and agent performance.

The position shall serve as a key support and coordination role for both Sales and Marketing, with responsibility for monitoring operations, conducting training and research, coordinating activities, and providing management with relevant reports and recommendations to improve overall team performance and efficiency.
