Stock Controller
Job Purpose:
Responsible for analyzing stock level parts regularly to compile parts order and assist stock control manager to place orders on a timely fashion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Stock control for MCV buses body spare parts of all branches
- Analyze parts stock control movement and recommend actions.
- Compile stock parts orders on time.
- Forecast parts demand based on workshops & factory demands & previous records.
- Review parts consumption regularly and report on sudden demand or shortage.
- Monitor stock aging and recommendation.
- Study odd parts demand and report on necessary action.
- Present and review recommended parts orders.
- Report on prompt actions related to urgent parts requirements.
- Perform purchasing processes (ordering, register reference for purchased items…etc)
- Handle all inquiries with suppliers regarding parts
- Handle all logistics situations with body parts suppliers.
- Prepare statistical reports for each supplier (stock value variation, sales variation, supplier evaluation…etc)
- Technical support in the field of body parts (ex. assist CSD in catalogues Preparation)Undertake additional tasks as required by line management.Main KPI Key Performance indicators:

- Very good command of English and Arabic languages

Qualifications:
- BSC in Engineering Preferable (Automotive or Mechanical).
- 0-3 Years of Experience in the same field.
- Technical knowledge of product (Auto repair)
