Manager Trainee

Responsibilities

Know all restaurant operations by working across different stations. Deliver excellent customer service while following company standards. Complete a structured Manager Trainee development program. Develop leadership skills by coaching and motivating team members. Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence. Take on increasing responsibility and prepare to lead restaurant shifts.

What we expect from you

Previous experience in the fast-food industry (considered as an advantage); Interest in building the career in the restaurant management; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Lithuanian and English language knowledge is required; A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. A proactive mindset and a sense of responsibility. Ability to work a full-time job in various shifts.
