CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Job Description

• Assist in planning and creating schedules and project timelines.
• Overseeing and directing construction works from conception to completion
• Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
• Track deliverables, control subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedule, safety and quality objectives.
• Planning of housekeeping by coordinating responsibilities of site engineers / site supervisors and sub-contractors.

Requirement

• Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years experience in the Construction industry locally.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• A team player with good communication skills
• Meticulous and attentive to details
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal .
