Construction Estimator / Takeoff Specialist – Egypt

We are hiring an experienced Construction Estimator / Takeoff Specialist to support our U.S. construction team. Requirements:

• Construction estimating & quantity takeoffs
• Ability to read U.S. construction drawings/specifications
• Experience with Bluebeam or similar software
• Strong English communication
• Work directly with our U.S. estimating team

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Excellent command of English language, both spoken and written is a must

Proven experience as a construction estimator

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards

Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., ProEst, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, HCSS)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
