Architectural Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients representative on all project issues.
• Liaise with Partners /Architects on Client’s design brief, existing site conditions and authorities’ regulatory guidelines prior to design stage.
• Prepare preliminary and conceptual designs according to parameters determined in (1) above. Prepare presentation drawings.
• Revise and develop designs to client’s approval and authorities’ requirements.
• Develop design details for tender and construction.

Requirement:

• Singaporean or PR.
• Minimum B. Arch. Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year and above experience in local architectural firm.
• Familiar with local authorities’ regulations and working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures.
• Well versed in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup.
• Knowledge of BIM (REVIT). Experience in BIM modelling would be an advantage.
• Must be literate in English and have good computer literacy.
• A positive team player who is able to work well under pressure.
• Meticulous, self-motivated and independent.
