Senior Engineer(Silicon Photonics)

We’re seeking a driven engineer with 2+ years of SiPh R&D experience and fluent English skills to lead innovation in advanced photonics platforms.

Responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Develop and optimize 300mm SiPh technology. •⁠ ⁠Collaborate with R&D teams and external partners for process integration and packaging. •⁠ ⁠Apply DOE/FMEA methodologies to ensure robust development.

Requirements: •⁠ ⁠Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics or Materials Engineering. •⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience in SiPh process development, IC packaging or optical device design. •⁠ ⁠Strong communication and teamwork skills.
