Social Worker – Children With Disability
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a social worker to join Dudley’s Children With Disability (CWD) team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will contribute to delivering an effective children’s social care service as part of a social work team, aiming to improve outcomes for children and young people. You will manage a caseload based on experience and case complexity, applying specialist knowledge to conduct needs assessments, care planning, and child protection investigations. You will carry out high-quality, child-centred assessments using community-focused and multi-agency interventions. Your work will ensure children are adequately protected in line with Dudley Local Safeguarding Children Board (LSCB) guidelines, departmental policies, and relevant legislation.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK driving licence
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
