Job Title: Adult Social Worker - Community Team - Rhondda Cynon Taf Location: Rhondda Cynon Taf Pay Rate: £ 38/per hour
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join their esteemed client's Community Team. To be successful in this role, you must be eligible to work in the UK, hold a degree-level qualification in Social Work, have Social Care Wales registration, and possess a minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience.
Responsibilities:
Work with individuals and families through change.
Emphasis on multi-agency working.
Collaborate closely with colleagues from differing professions such as:
Health
Police
Housing
Understand and work within:
Safeguarding policies
Mental Capacity Act 2005
Helpful to have an understanding of:
Continuing Health Care
Care and Treatment planning under the Mental Health Measure (Wales) 2010
Work to a preventative, strength-based model under the principles of the Social Services and Wellbeing Act 2014.
