Global Learning Supplier Network

About the Role We are looking for a Senior Consultant to support the development and management of a global network of learning suppliers. In this role, you will identify and assess potential suppliers, support onboarding and commercial negotiations, manage supplier data and performance, and ensure the network meets business, quality, compliance and operational requirements. You will work closely with Business, Procurement, Contracting, Risk, Bid and Delivery teams , as well as external suppliers across different markets and time zones. The role combines supplier management, project coordination, research, commercial activities and governance in an international environment. What We Are Looking For We are looking for a structured, proactive and commercially minded professional who is comfortable managing multiple workstreams and working with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities . You should be comfortable working in a dynamic international environment where processes, requirements and supplier needs may evolve over time.

Daily tasks

• Support the development and continuous improvement of a global learning supplier network.
• Research and identify potential learning suppliers across different markets and capability areas.
• Assess suppliers based on their capabilities, geographic coverage, industry experience, delivery models, quality and commercial readiness.
• Maintain accurate supplier databases, trackers and catalogue information.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, including documentation, compliance, contracting, procurement, risk and information security requirements.
• Work with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues and remove blockers.
• Support supplier negotiations, including rates, pricing and commercial terms.
• Manage supplier information, rate cards, service details and supplier status.
• Monitor supplier performance, service levels and stakeholder feedback.
• Prepare reports and materials for supplier governance meetings, including risks, issues, progress and recommended actions.
• Support continuous improvement of supplier management processes, data quality and governance.
• Contribute to the development of a scalable and reliable global supplier ecosystem.

Requirements

Experience in supplier management, vendor management, procurement, managed services, learning operations, project coordination or a similar operational role. Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple suppliers, priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess information, compare options and provide recommendations. Excellent attention to detail and experience working with structured data, databases, trackers and documentation. Good understanding of commercial processes, pricing, rate cards, contracts, service levels and purchase orders . Experience with supplier onboarding, due diligence, compliance and risk-related processes. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively with international stakeholders and suppliers across different countries and time zones. Excellent English, both written and spoken. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint . Nice to Have Experience within Learning & Development, Learning Services or Managed Learning Services . Experience working with training providers, coaching companies or digital learning suppliers. Experience with supplier management, workflow or project management tools. Background in consulting or a large international organization.
