Finishing Site Engineer

Supervise and follow up on all finishing works for villas and apartments.

Ensure that all finishing activities meet quality standards and project specifications .

Coordinate with subcontractors and workers to maintain project timelines.

Provide and purchase required materials for the site, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.

Monitor the execution of painting, flooring, carpentry, gypsum, and other finishing tasks .

Conduct quality inspections and resolve any site-related issues.

Maintain accurate records of site progress and material usage.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture .

Proven experience in finishing works for villas and apartments .

Strong knowledge of materials, finishing techniques, and construction standards .

Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
