Sales coordinator: Import

1)Import -To register import broker & apply for Thai Customs paperless. -Coordinate with Shipper; both importing machine and raw material. -To find HS code and rechecking import item condition. -To apply for import license certificate, TISI, NSW, etc. -Provide shipping document and recheck bill of lading, import entry including FTA form. -Coordinate with shipping team to support Thai Customs clearance. -Follow up import entry document, shipping clearance expense and reimburse the payment. -Coordinate with BOI team and other departments in order to implement efficient process.

2)Local sales coordination. Communicate and take care domestic customers: -PO receiving arrangement. -Coordinate with Sales & Planning & Production & Stores & Transportation team. -Raw material ordering and placing the PO to supplier. -Shipment delivery arrangement. -Issue delivery note, tax invoice, billing note, and follow up the payment. -SAP skills. -Coordinate with other departments in order to implement efficient process.

3)General business admin -Reimburse general expense to Finance & Accounting. -Car & Restaurant booking. -Open roaming network for Leader. -Courier booking; DHL, Fedex, UPS together with provide shipping invoice. -To assist the Leader as per request.

4)Qualification -Female. -Bachelor’s degree in Logistics – Import. -At least 5 years experiences in related field. -Language: English & Thai necessary. -Computer literacy. -SAP skills -Work process planning, negotiation and coordination. -Can work under pressure. -Have personal car is preferred.

Qualifications: มีประสบการณ์ด้านนำเข้า-ส่งออก 1 ปี ขึ้นไป วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี MS Office, Email เป็นต้น หากมีประสบการณ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ มีความอดทน รับแรงกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี เรียนรู้งานได้เร็ว สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
