Lakeshore is seeking a *reliable, motivated and hands-on individual *to join our team as

Head Custodian at Fisher Branch Early Years School and Fisher Branch Collegiate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being a self-starter, a team-player, and takes pride in maintaining safe and welcoming spaces.

This position is eligible for employment benefits including extended health and dental coverage, life insurance and the MSBA pension plan.

Position Responsibilities:

Working under the direction of the Safety & Facilities Maintenance Supervisor and/or Principal, the Head Custodian is responsible for:

• Supervising and supporting maintenance staff;
• Completing minor repairs, renovations and maintenance projects;
• Maintaining school buildings, grounds, equipment, and furnishings;
• Conducting routine facility and grounds inspections;
• Responding to building alarms and maintenance concerns.

Shift: 12 months - Monday to Friday (8 hours/day) ? Flexible schedule available

Salary: $50,790.32 to $57,863.56 annually plus benefits
