Business Development Engineer – Civil/Architecture

Kreston Egypt – Ahmed Mamdouh & Co. is seeking talented and driven Business Development Engineers to join our growing team. As an independent member of Kreston Global , Kreston Egypt provides a wide range of professional services, including audit, tax, financial advisory, corporate services, outsourcing, and business restructuring. Job Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.

Conduct market research to identify new markets, industries, and business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Generate leads through different channels and convert them into business opportunities.

Understand clients’ business needs and recommend suitable Kreston Egypt services.

Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to potential clients.

Conduct meetings and negotiations with prospective clients.

Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of proposed services.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field.

Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related commercial role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Strong business acumen and ability to understand clients’ needs.

Ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in professional services, consulting, financial services, or B2B sales is a strong advantage.
