Nordic Quality Manager
At Konica Minolta, we believe great workplaces are built on trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We are looking for a Nordic Quality Manager who is passionate about creating structure, driving positive change, and helping our Nordic organization operate at high standards of quality, sustainability, and information security.
This is not just a compliance role. It is an opportunity to influence how we work, support leaders and teams across the Nordics, and make a real impact on our customers, employees, and business.
What you'll be doing
As one of our Nordic Quality Managers, you will help to improve our Integrated Management System (IMS), covering Quality, Environment, and Information Security. You will work closely with colleagues across the Nordic countries and be a trusted advisor to the business.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Driving the development and implementation of our IMS strategy across the Nordic region
Maintaining and improving processes, policies, and tools related to quality management, environmental management, and information security
Leading internal and external audits within ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001
Supporting governance initiatives and reporting activities
Delivering engaging training and awareness activities across the organization
Acting as a trusted advisor and collaborating with external stakeholders, certification bodies, customers, and internal teams across the Nordics
Traveling to Konica Minolta offices across the Nordics 10-15 days per year
What success looks like
You create clarity where others see complexity.
You build strong partnerships across the business and inspire others to embrace quality and continuous improvement.
You balance attention to detail with a practical business mindset and know how to turn requirements into value for the organization.
What we're looking for
We know that great candidates do not always tick every box. If you are excited about the role, we encourage you to apply even if your experience does not match every requirement.
Ideally, you bring:
Minimum 5 years of experience working with ISO management systems, preferably ISO 9001, 14001 and/or 27001
Knowledge of quality management, information security, sustainability, or related disciplines
Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at different levels
A structured and proactive approach
Experience managing projects or driving organizational improvements
Professional English skills, written and spoken
Why join Konica Minolta?
At Konica Minolta, you will become part of a supportive Nordic team where collaboration comes naturally and where your contribution truly matters. Working together with another Nordic Quality Manager and reporting to the Nordic Head of Legal & Compliance, you will play a key role in driving quality and continuous improvement across the Nordic organization.
We offer:
Meaningful work with a clear purpose
Nordic collaboration and international exposure
Opportunity to influence strategic initiatives
Professional and personal development opportunities
Flexible ways of working
A culture built on trust, accountability, inclusion, and collaboration
