About Us: At KidPRO, we are a clinician-owned therapy center whose main focus is client outcomes. We offer collaborative services including ABA, speech/language and occupational therapies. We are not a big franchise and don't have private investors to answer to, so we make decisions to best serve our employees and our clients. We prioritize teaching naturalistically and use DTT as a bridge to using new skills in play. This may not be the highest paying position you can find, but we guarantee high-quality supervision and an incredibly supportive culture of collaboration and discovery. About the Job: RBTs at KidPRO work from 8:30 to 5 everyday providing one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children with special needs. Your schedule will be consistent week to week. You will never work with a child for more than 3 hours at a time. Your opinions on treatment, policies, and procedures will be sought out and valued. The details: You will conduct sessions with a child following his or her behavior support plan to teach new skills as detailed in their treatment plan. You will collect data, graph results, and write a session note detailing progress made during your sessions. You will be supervised by a KidPRO BCBA in person who will answer questions, make changes to goals, and teach following Behavior Skills Training protocol to ensure competency.
