*Here Is What The Job Entails **In the role as our next Technical Product Specialist within our software applications, your job will be to provide technical expertise across the product lifecycle while ensuring that products, solutions, and technical documentation remain accurate, compliant, and competitive.

More specifically you will be

• Acting as the technical liaison between Research and Development, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders
• Providing technical support including tender support, sales support, product training, and advanced troubleshooting
• Serving as the technical expert on products, configurations, software solutions, and applications
• Maintaining technical product information and documentation
• Supporting product lifecycle activities including new product development, maintenance, and phase in and phase out activities

You will experience the freedom to act and leave your mark on how we manage and support our products throughout their lifecycle. Therefore, you will work closely with technical and commercial stakeholders across the organization, gain deep insight into our products and technologies, and play a key role in ensuring knowledge sharing, product adoption, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

*Less About Us, More About You **We are looking for a Technical Product Specialist who is ready to take ownership of technical product activities and who is motivated by solving complex challenges. You achieve this through strong collaboration skills, technical curiosity, and a structured approach to your work.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you

• Hold a degree in Engineering within Electronics, Software, Mechatronics, or a similar field.
• Have an understanding of product development, product lifecycle management, and technical product support
• Have experience with, or an understanding of, software-related systems such as Swagger documentation, Jira, Confluence or comparable platforms. A general end-to-end understanding of hardware and connectivity along with insights to APIsis an advantage.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
• Have experience with product related systems such as Configure Price Quote, Product Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, or similar platforms.

We also value experience developing and delivering technical training and knowledge sharing activities

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English.
