Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities primarily for HYLY Group , while supporting Kaiglo when required.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on sales and revenue growth.

Manage social media, content, SEO, email marketing, and paid campaigns.

Generate leads, drive customer acquisition, and improve conversions.

Conduct market and competitor research.

Collaborate with sales and internal teams to achieve business targets.

Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.

Manage marketing calendars, budgets and external partners.

Identify new growth opportunities and customer acquisition channels.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

3+ years’ experience in marketing or digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce, retail or technology.

Strong knowledge of social media, content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and lead generation.

Commercial mindset with proven ability to connect marketing activities to sales.

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
