Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates. Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Post job openings across relevant platforms and communities. Communicate with candidates and coordinate interviews. Maintain accurate recruitment records and trackers. Assist with candidate follow-ups and recruitment documentation. Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.

Requirements

Strong interest in Recruitment and Human Resources . Open to Recents graduates. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organization. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, or recruitment platforms is an advantage. Previous recruitment experience is not required .
