Senior Designer

Accountabilities: The Senior Designer will be responsible for creating strategic and visually engaging designs that support business objectives across multiple channels. The role requires strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and external partners.

Conceptualize and deliver high-impact visual designs across digital platforms, websites, campaigns, events, and marketing materials.

Translate creative briefs and business objectives into compelling design solutions aligned with brand standards.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of visual identity systems, templates, and scalable design frameworks.

Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy across all creative deliverables.

Partner with cross-functional teams to create cohesive experiences across customer touchpoints.

Present design concepts and explain creative decisions clearly to stakeholders.

Incorporate feedback while maintaining design quality and strategic alignment.

Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to support creative execution when needed.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.

Use market insights, competitor analysis, and user behavior trends to inform design decisions.

Participate in campaign ideation and creative brainstorming sessions.

Improve design workflows, processes, and systems to increase efficiency and scalability.

Explore and integrate AI-powered tools into creative workflows to enhance productivity and creative output.

Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced visual designer with strong creative skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a collaborative environment. You should have expertise in digital design, branding, and marketing creative while being comfortable managing multiple priorities.

5–8+ years of professional design experience, preferably within B2B, SaaS, technology, or marketing environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and high-quality creative execution.

Advanced skills in visual design across digital, brand, and marketing applications.

Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.

Ability to develop creative concepts and execute designs with precision.

Experience creating motion graphics and video content.

Proficiency with industry-standard design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, design systems, and component libraries.

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design rationale.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work remotely and align with required working hours.

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
