Senior Corporate Recruiter
Accountabilities Develop Strategic Recruitment Plans: Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business objectives, identify workforce gaps, anticipate hiring needs, and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job intake and candidate sourcing through screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and final placement, with particular emphasis on technology roles.
Source High-Quality Talent: Identify and engage qualified candidates through professional networks, social media, job boards, industry associations, referrals, and other sourcing channels, including proactive outreach to passive candidates.
Evaluate Candidates: Conduct thorough screenings, structured interviews, and relevant assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, technical capabilities, experience, and potential for success.
Advise Hiring Managers: Serve as a trusted talent acquisition partner, advising on job descriptions, sourcing strategies, interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and effective hiring decisions.
Negotiate Offers: Develop and negotiate competitive compensation packages that align with market data, candidate expectations, and internal compensation guidelines.
Strengthen Employer Branding: Promote the organization's employee value proposition and workplace culture to attract qualified talent and enhance its reputation as an employer of choice.
Advance Inclusive Recruiting: Implement sourcing and recruitment strategies that expand access to diverse talent pools and support fair, inclusive hiring practices.
Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain relationships with qualified candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent for critical business needs.
Track Recruitment Performance: Monitor key recruitment metrics, including time to fill and sourcing effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality.

Requirements:
Professional Experience: At least 8 years of recruitment experience in a corporate and/or agency environment, with demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple organizational levels and functions.
Technology Recruiting Expertise: Strong experience recruiting for technology roles, including the ability to understand technical hiring requirements and identify qualified candidates in competitive talent markets.
Strategic Recruitment Skills: Proven ability to translate business priorities into effective talent acquisition strategies and manage recruitment activities from planning through placement.
Sourcing Proficiency: Expertise in candidate sourcing through professional networks, social media, job boards, referrals, and other channels, including the ability to engage passive candidates.
Candidate Assessment: Strong interviewing, screening, and evaluation skills, with the ability to assess qualifications, role alignment, and potential for success.
Hiring Manager Partnership: Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders, influence hiring decisions, and provide practical, data-informed recruitment guidance.
Compensation and Negotiation: Understanding of compensation benchmarks, market trends, and offer development, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to balance candidate expectations with organizational guidelines.
Recruitment Technology: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and other tools used to manage and optimize recruitment workflows.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to interpret recruitment metrics, identify process improvements, and communicate insights that support better hiring decisions.
Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong networking capabilities, and the ability to establish productive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
