SAP QM Consultant (intermediate)

Accountabilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP QM solutions and process improvements.

Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP Quality Management functionalities and related business processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify quality-related needs and optimize operational workflows.

Support integrations between SAP QM and other modules, including MM, PP, WM/EWM, and SD.

Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams during development activities.

Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality.

Troubleshoot system issues, provide ongoing support, and contribute to implementation and enhancement projects.

Develop process documentation, configuration guides, and training materials for end users.

Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.

Work closely with international and multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

Requirements

Approximately 5–6 years of professional experience as an SAP Quality Management Consultant.

Strong hands-on expertise in SAP QM configuration and end-to-end quality management processes.

Mandatory experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

Solid understanding of regulated environments and pharmaceutical quality standards.

Experience integrating SAP QM with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, WM/EWM, and SD.

Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions.

Experience creating functional documentation and supporting testing activities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with international stakeholders and project teams.

Fluent English proficiency is required, both written and verbal.
